Cancellation Policy
TTWMT does not permit cancellations. All fees collected will be applied toward a new scheduled date based upon availability.
Make-Up Sessions
If TTWMT cancels a session, we will always contact the family within 24 hours to schedule a make-up session via email . We advise, for the benefit of the student, that the family and TTWMT make up any missed session(s) within 2 weeks of the missed session(s).
Payments and Billing
Families can pay for individual tutoring sessions by credit card.
Parents will receive a conformation of the scheduled appointment's via email once the credit card process as been completed.
Mandatory Adult Presence
A parent, guardian, or chaperone (21 years of age or older) must be present during the entire lesson for all virtual tutoring sessions. That person must be on scene when the student logs into the web page or they will not be able to sign in. A quiet space for learning without distractions is needed for the student to get the most out of the tutoring session. If a parent, guardian, or chaperone does not arrive within 10 minutes, the family will still be charged in full. If an adult does arrive within that time frame, they will be able to log into the session and end at the originally scheduled time for that session.
Termination of Tutoring
TTWMT can discontinue tutoring services for reasons of continued violations of TTWMT policies.
Refunds
TTWMT does not provide refunds but will provide make up sessions based upon availability .
