Children will be encouraged to learn and grow by providing a foundation of developmentally appropriate experiences where all children can succeed in a safe and nurturing environment. We believe that each child is a unique individual and that all children can learn.
TTWMT learning programs provide inclusive settings that recognize children's varied abilities, interests, needs, and learning styles.
We recognize that parents are the child's first teachers. Children learn best when parents are involved in their educational programs. The primary bridge between home and school is the involvement of family and community.
At Tutor Time with Ms. Tammy, we believe that every student is unique, and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to education. That's why we take the time to get to know each of our students, and we tailor our SEL tutoring program to meet their individual needs and learning styles.
Parents and teachers together can help children to develop their full potential. Total Inclusion Approach: We feel that there is a great benefit to providing preschool education to both children with special needs and typical children combined in classes together as peers. The typical students serve as models for children with special needs inspiring language and creative play.
These statements and beliefs in this philosophy reflect the position of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
Dear Scholars and Families:
TTWMT is very excited to begin our online SEL tutoring session. For over a decade, I have worked in the field of early childhood education. TTWMT appreciates fulfilling each student's educational and social-emotional needs while personalizing the curriculum to fit the needs of all learners. As the founder of Tutor Time with Ms. Tammy, it is my primary objective to boost students' confidence and skill sets so that they may succeed as 21st-century learners. I am a New Jersey State-certified teacher who has received considerable training and attended multiple professional development courses to ensure that my pedagogical techniques are current and up to date. My approach to learning is enjoyable and inventive, and students will benefit from it.
Yours truly,
Tamara Frungillo CEO Founder TTWMT
Our mission is to create a collaborative learning community where learners' strengths can be celebrated and developmentally appropriate practices are applied to improve early learning skills in an online environment that celebrates the strengths of learners.
TTWMT places great importance on assisting students with special needs in their social and emotional development during early childhood. These students may encounter unique obstacles that necessitate individualized approaches to ensure their welfare and progress. At TTWMT, we prioritize key considerations and effective strategies to support the social and emotional needs of children with special needs.
Our vision is to support the foundation for developing whole children, create and maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing virtual learning environment for all children, families, and staff. Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing learning environment for all children, families, and staff which promotes social/emotional competence as a foundation for developing the whole child.
Social-emotional learning (SEL) is a methodology that helps students of all ages to better comprehend their emotions and demonstrate empathy for others. These learned behaviors are then used to help students make positive, responsible decisions; create frameworks to achieve their goals, and build positive relationships with others. Academic success is created by fostering a foundation of positive social and emotional competencies which the student will maintain for a lifetime.
Today’s world is an ever-diversifying one where the classroom is the place where students are often first exposed to people who come from a range of different backgrounds, hold different beliefs, and have very unique capabilities.
To account for these differences and help put all students on an equal footing to succeed, social and emotional learning (SEL) aims to put all students on an equal footing and to better understand their thoughts and emotions. to become more self-aware, and to develop more empathy for others within their community and the world around them.
Whether in the classroom setting or from a virtual learning platform. affirm there exist essential links between Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) and a scholar’s academic performance, and positive student development.
Teaching and learning are highly dynamic and demanding social processes.
The same is necessary for both the classroom and virtual environment. TTWMT has developed a program That will be able to bring these essentials to the virtual learning classroom.
All students in either setting need a safe, inclusive, culturally responsive, and equitable learning environment. This will help foster and where they can develop greater self-awareness, engage productively with others, and acquire lifelong self-management skills to face new challenges.
The purpose of Social and Emotional Learning is to enable students to develop in safe, inclusive, culturally responsive, academically engaging, and equitable learning environments that cultivate: self-awareness and self-management, social awareness and relationship skills, planning, evaluating, and decision-making skills.
The success of a young scholar’s academic learning is based upon the level of social-emotional skills of the student. The learning environment is critical to their development. The increased development of positive SEL skills allows the student to grow and develop and is one of the essential foundations for the advancement of the major competencies. Social and emotional learning is dynamic and is a developmental process that varies and changes across school years. The nature and magnitude of students’ needs will vary across their school years.

As students grow and develop, they are profoundly shaped by their environments, including the school environment. A sense of physical and emotional safety and a sense of belonging combine to form an essential foundation for teaching and learning.
As students develop SEL skills, their ability to connect meaningfully with individuals of diverse perspectives, cultures, languages, histories, identities, and abilities increases, ultimately yielding healthier, more equitable, and better-performing schools and communities.
Social and emotional learning is dynamic and developmental. The nature and magnitude of students’ needs will vary across their school years. Because students learn, in great part, from observing others, it is essential that adults understand, practice, model, and apply social and emotional skills in order to support the development of these competencies in students.
Students will utilize the learned social and emotional competencies to thrive in school and succeed in life.
